Anika is awesome. She has enormous empathy as a facilitator and coach, she listens well, and has no pride of authorship, choosing to make her clients the prime movers. She is an excellent work designer, creating flow and outcomes in large and complex sessions. I have really enjoyed working with her and she has made a difference in several difficult initiatives with us this year, and many times in the past, with all kinds of groups, from the most senior executives, to creative designers, programmers and many roles in between.
